The lower level has a game-room including pool, darts, and more! The 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom are located downstairs, and there is also a covered porch downstairs as well. There is not a designated pathway to the lake yet, though it is a steady, mostly flat, walk through the woods. There is also no boat dock associated with this rental property.
