"Cliff View Cabin" sits on top of a cliff and offers some of the best views in Arkansas. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, over 2,300 SF, and a private clifftop view of Beaver Lake, this vacation rental is perfect for a group of friends or multiple families looking to live the emerald lake life. Located near the famous Lover's Leap in Hogscald Hollow, you can walk down the cliff path to the bottom and enjoy the crystal clear water, kayak, go fishing, or swim. Spend your days on Beaver Lake or take a quick trip to hang out in the charming town of Eureka Springs! Afterwards, enjoy a game of pop up ping-pong or foosball, watch a movie, play board games, read a book, or enjoy the yard and fire bowl. At the end of the day, take a nice dip in our hot tub and soak in the epic panoramic views of the lake from the cliff!
Please note that the cliff does not have handrails. We recommend enjoying the view while standing at least 3 feet from the edge.

Internet: The property has high-speed STARLINK internet. Cell service could be limited depending on your carrier.
Lake Access: Despite the Hogscald Public Access boat launch being approximately 1 minute away, we would not recommend bringing a boat to the property due to the challenges of towing it on un-paved roads that narrows once inside our community gate. The property does not have a boat slip. We would suggest looking into launching a boat at Big Clifty Park (much easier to launch a boat there), which is approximately 15 minutes away by road and potentially anchoring on the lake overnight. We do not recommend leaving anything valuable on the boats if unsupervised. If you need a boat slip, Starkey Marina and Rocky Branch Marina are both approximately 45 minutes away by road.
General Access: Please note that the final 3 minutes to the home is a gravel road. At one spot, the road takes you over a natural creek and waterfall (awesome!) -- just go slowly here and drive on the far side from the cliff for the smoothest route. A truck or SUV would be best and 4-wheel drive would be beneficial; however, the host has driven this route many times with a minivan and also a Honda Accord without any problems. We do not recommend sports cars, motorcycles, or other cars that are low to the ground.
