Marie's house, built in 1941, was completely renovated in 2020 and sits on 3 acres. The kitchen has beautiful new cabinets and new appliances. Luxury vinyl planks cover the floors throughout the house. The dining area includes a large dining table with 6 chairs. Each bedroom has their own private bath with tub and shower. Plus there is a powder room for guests not staying the night. The full laundry is located off the kitchen and has an ironing board and iron. The property has plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. The driveway circles around the back of the house, so there is an entrance and an exit. Visitors can enjoy the surrounding lakes, fishing, hiking and ATV/biking. We are minutes away from Mt. Magazine and 3 unique breweries.
