Welcome to the beautiful Ozark’s y’all! We are excited to host you and your crew!
You’ll enjoy easy access to Mill Creek OHV, Byrds Adventure Center and the Ozark Highlands trail. You are a short distance from White Rock and the Mulberry river.
The delicious Combs Cafe (amazing breakfasts and burgers) is less than 4 miles away which is handy after a day of riding, hiking or canoeing. There is a Dollar General less than 2 miles away as well.

The space
The Combs Cabin is secluded, perfect for getting away from it all! Hiking, and ATV, UTV and Moto riding are popular activities located nearby our property. If you don’t have an vehicle of your own, you can rent one at Serenity Campground which is 1 mile away from the cabin.
The loft bedroom has a full bed and one twin bed. There is a flat screen smart TV, as well as a balcony and full bathroom.
Downstairs has three bedrooms, a large living area, large kitchen area, and a space for playing darts and playing ping-pong. There’s a 65 inch smart TV in the living room as well as smaller smart tv’s in 2 bedrooms. We have a DVD player and a plethora of movies to select from in our third bedroom. You will also find a variety of games as well as books and magazines to enjoy. We have a telescope for you to star gaze at night. You’ll want to make time for this!
There is additional comfortable seating throughout the home and on both decks. There’s a Blackstone grill available for use as well as an air fryer, griddle, and other kitchen essentials such as coffee pot and one-cup coffee maker. We also provide coffee, sugar, Stevia, salt, pepper, and olive oil spray. The bathrooms are stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels and washcloths.
Things to note:
The price per night is for FOUR guests. Additional guests are $40 each.
There is a pet fee WITH PET APPROVAL.
There is NO SMOKING inside the cabin. You will be fined $500 if you break this rule. No exceptions. You can smoke outside, but all butts need to be discarded. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if you leave butts on the ground.
We have cameras OUTSIDE.
When turning off the Pig Trail onto the County Road, you will drive up a dirt road and turn onto our private driveway. You will be greeted by Gods Country! The cabin is nestled in the middle of 40 acres. We purchased this property six months ago and have been renovating it to make it a peaceful getaway for you as well as our own family. **Please note that the floors are in the process of being renovated. The bedrooms have raw pine, the living room has freshly renovated wood floors while the rest of the downstairs still needs some TLC.

The shop and basement is not accessible.

There are security cameras on the property for your safety as well as ours. Please treat our cabin with the same care you would want others to treat your home.
