This cabin offers calm and natural scenery with a gorgeous view of Lake Hamilton right off your back porch... While being in the woods of this natural and quiet location.. it is not far from the Historic Hot Springs National Park and all it's activities and things to do while visiting.

In our Royal Cabin community we offer the following services:
Cameras are located in all areas of the cabins - in parking area - boat docks area - boat parking - boat slips - entryways - exits - exterior of the cabins & these cameras are recording at all times for the safety of all of our guests.
We have boat slips - boat docking stations - a large parking area for your boats & vehicles. The community also offers a nice relaxing outdoor firepit with supplied wood so all guests can roast marshmallows & enjoy a peaceful evening. If you have an electric vehicle we have you covered - we also offer EV charging stations.
Here at Royal Community every cabin has a luggage rack. Just for you to always stay connected we also offer Alexa & Wi-Fi is setup in all cabins. Every TV is already setup with Netflix - YouTube & Prime.
Please note: we do charge a one time mandatory fee of $9.00 per stay for Wi-Fi internet.
In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
Pet Policy: **Dogs Welcome! All dogs need to be under 40 pounds each - some restrictions apply. Non-Refundable dog fee applies $99.00 / per dog up to the first two dogs then $50.00 for the third dog - maximum 3 dogs. Please note without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owners accept full responsibility for the dog. This fee will be collected post-booking!
Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes -1 roll of paper towel - 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom - detergent - dish soap - basic condiments (salt / pepper). However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.
