Sugarloaf View with lake access is the perfect large group get away! Whether its a few families out for a fun weekend at the lake or a group of friends out for some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of life. This large cabin is sure to accommodate everyone! It's perfectly located in a quiet underdeveloped area of rural Arkansas. Just a short walk to the shorelines of Bull Shoals Lake and a quick drive to the local marina and golf course country club!
Sugarloaf View is a beautiful new construction 3 story home that is 100% handicap accessible. As you arrive there is a large parking area on the main (middle) level of the home. There is a step-free entrance to the main door which is on the side of the home. Here you will access the home with a WiFi door lock. As you enter the main (middle) level you will walk into a large, vaulted ceiling, open concept room. The Kitchen, dining and living room are all open concept and offer plenty of space for large groups. The dining table seats 8 and there is a bar top seating an additional 4 more. We also have a four seater card table that can be used for additional dining space or to play some fun games before bedtime. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you could ever need to prepare those family and large group meals.
The main living room is also on the middle floor and offers ample seating for the group. Here you'll find a smart TV for streaming and a beautiful gas fireplace for those cozy cool nights. The living room has french doors that open up to a large deck and a beautiful view of the woods and lake. The lake view is more full in the winter than the summer but is never disappointing. Outside you'll find an outdoor dining table for 8 and additional lounge chairs. As you head back inside, above is the third floor loft that overlooks the living, kitchen and dining area. In the loft you'll find a small seating area with couch and lounge chair. Also on the third floor is a large bedroom with king size bed and walk in closet. There is a full bath on the third floor as well.
Take the elevator or stairs back down to the middle floor to find two additional large bedrooms with king size beds in each of them and en suite baths to both. Also, both bedrooms have ample storage space with closets and drawers in them. The main bedroom on the middle floor is fully handicap accessible with a bathroom and shower to accommodate a wheelchair if needed. Lastly, you'll find the laundry room on the middle floor as well.
To finish off the tour of the home you can once again take the stairs or elevator to the bottom floor which also has a walk out patio that allows access to the large yard space, fire pit area, bbq grill and more patio chairs. On the bottom floor you'll find one more bedroom with a king size bed, closet and dresser. This bedroom, just like the others, is very large and allows for plenty of room to get around. The downstairs also has a large full size bathroom, kids play closet, secondary dining area seating 6, game cabinet, ping pong table, second living area/game room, and another TV. Downstairs is where you'll also find 1 sleeper sofa and 2 futons for additional sleeping arrangements.
With all of this space, any group is sure to enjoy their time at Sugarloaf View!
Guests will have full access to the three story home and the entire grounds except the detached garage and shed. Enjoy the open yard, fire pit, plenty of parking spaces, and wooded areas outside!
The lake access is an easy walk that is less than half a mile or you're welcome to drive down to the lake. We just recommend using good judgement before driving it to ensure your vehicle can handle the terrain.
