All of our cabins have decks overlooking the lake where you can enjoy watching the geese fly away each morning and return each evening. The sunsets are breathtaking, they can be seen from every deck allowing you to enjoy the sun shimmering off the lake!
This cabin has carpet in the master downstairs bedroom, a washer/dryer, and is located closest to the dock.
We have plenty of parking in front of our cabins, plus extra parking for boats or larger vehicles.
Our cabins have everything you need to feel right at home. We offer Kayaks for a small fee which are located at our private dock, and they are yours for the entire day. First come, first serve.
The Sunshine Store and Café is located 3 miles from our cabins. offers homemade sandwiches and yummy desserts. The store and café are open 6 days a week, during these hours; Monday through Saturday 6AM-4PM, except Friday where they are open until 8PM. Closed on Sunday.
Lake Hamilton has four locations where you can park your boat and grab a bite to eat, play volleyball, and swim in coves off the lake. We also have boats with a captain to cruise you around the lake, which can be rented during your stay. We will be more than happy to give you rates after you have booked your stay with us.
We have a community fire pit, and horseshoes for our guests. The fire pit and horseshoes are located beside Cabin 1.
Each cabin has lighting at the front door and our parking lot is very well lit. We have cameras located on the premises to give our guests a sense of security, and we have a caretaker on site.
Sit out on the deck and enjoy the fresh air, the beautiful landscape, and watch the boats cruise by.
Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes -1 roll of paper towel - 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom - detergent - dish soap - basic condiments (salt / pepper). However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.
Our cabins are located 25 minutes from historic downtown Hot Springs, where you can enjoy a stroll down bathhouse row, shopping at the many unique shops, grab a bite to eat, have a spa day at one of Hot Springs famous Bathhouse’s.
Oaklawn racing and casino is also located 25 minutes away. You can enjoy live horse races from December to May, or you can visit their non-smoking casino which is open year-round.
Magic Springs Amusement Park & Waterpark are located 35 minutes from the cabins. This is a seasonal attraction that offers thrilling rides, concerts, and lots of fun activities.
We have boat slips - boat docking stations - a large parking area for your boats & vehicles. The community also offers a nice relaxing outdoor firepit with supplied wood so all guests can roast marshmallows & enjoy a peaceful evening. If you have an electric vehicle we have you covered - we also offer EV charging stations.
Here at Royal Community every cabin has a luggage rack. Just for you to always stay connected we also offer Alexa & Wi-Fi is setup in all cabins. Every TV is already setup with Netflix - YouTube & Prime.

Please note: we do charge a one time mandatory fee of $9.00 per stay for Wi-Fi internet.
In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
Sorry! Non-Pet Friendly Policy: Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
