General Info:
· Cabin is located on a gravel road. Small cars may have issues in certain areas, especially after heavy rains.
· Cell service is very limited and there is not a landline at the house. You are able to text and call and stream movies with the provided WIFI. We do not provide a streaming service but TVs have a Roku device for you to use what streaming services you have. WIFI calling will need to be enabled on a cell phone to make phone calls
· Pets are allowed with a $50/dog fee with only 2 dogs allowed. Dogs will need to be kenneled if left unattended and must be house broken.
· We provide: toilet paper, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee filters, laundry detergent, basic cleaning supplies, dishwashing tabs/soap, hand soap.
· Firewood is provided for fireplace and the stone firepit
· Direct access to the river, no barriers in place
· Mount Olive boat ramp located 2 miles from the cabin.
Local Attractions:
· Mountain View is a wonderful town to visit, with Blanchard Springs Caverns, The Folk Center, Loco Ropes, horseback riding, and hiking trails. The downtown square has great folk music and shopping.
· Jacks Resort/Anglers Resort offer great food and boat rentals. They also have trout guides available.
· Sylamore WMA offers mountain biking, hiking, shooting range, and great hunting opportunities
· Norfork Lake has boat/jet ski rentals. Norfork tailwaters offer great trout fishing. Dry Run creek is open to kids under 16 and licensed disabled anglers for a chance at a once in a lifetime catch.

· Gunner Pool, Barkshed, and Blanchard Springs offer great swimming/picnic spots
