Beautiful new modern house in West Fork, 10 minutes to Fayetteville and 15 to Devil's Den State Park. This is a brand new listing, but we have been premier hosts with 2 other properties for 4 years.
Brand new custom pool in back yard with tanning ledge (great kid's area). Pool is open May 1-October 1. It is not heated at this time.
8 person Jacuzzi brand hot tub open year round.

This is a large, 2800 sq foot house with views and the feeling of being in the treetops. The main living area and master bedroom are upstairs. There are 2 bedrooms and an additional living room and bathroom downstairs. There is over 800 sq feet of porch space- half of it is screened in. Pictures do not do this place justice.
Large Tv's in both living areas and a Tv in the master bedroom. Huge upper deck balcony and a screened in porch. Fully stocked kitchen and grill. Fast fiber optic internet.
Do not book this house for parties. There is a neighbor near by and please be respectful. There is a Ring spotlight security camera that shows the front door and carport.
This house has stairs and an upstairs balcony with cable railing. This may not be suitable for infants, elderly, etc.
