About this space
A great getaway for families on 3 fully private fenced in acres. The entire property just for you and your family/friends. You get access to the main house with 5 large bedrooms & a detached apartment with 2 more bedrooms, an extra bathroom & kitchen. The cabin includes a resort style pool that goes up to 9ft deep, giant park for the kids to play, game room with ps4, & a poker table. Washer & dryer in both sections. Enjoy the close proximity to Devil’s Den & Razorback Stadium, Fayetteville
Guest access
You have access to everything on the property including the main house and detached apartment, 3 acre backyard, children’s park at the end of the property, 5 garages, a resort style pool, outdoor fire pit and sitting area, and game room with casino table. The driveway is very large and can fit many cars as well as a tremendous space left over for kids ride-on toys. The ride on toys can be found in the rv garage along with the chargers. You have access to all of that. Please supervise your children as we are not responsible for accidents. Please be respectful of our property as we put a lot of time and effort into making this the best vacation getaway for you and your family. If you damage anything, please let us know right way. Otherwise, you could be charged upon checkout. Please keep our property clean and litter free. We have trash cans located outside to dispose of any after gathering leftover trash/cans/supplies. If you move any outdoor/indoor furniture around, we ask that you return it to its original home. If you take items from one house to the next, also, please return it to where it originally came from. We welcome any suggestions or concerns you have for us. We want this retreat to be as relaxing as possible.
Other things to note
Pets allowed with pet deposit of $250. Please don’t allow your pets on the furniture or bedding. And as always, pick up after your pet outside.
Pool heating is available for an extra fee when available (closed Sept thru April)
There will be additional cleaning fees charged if our home is left outside of the normal cleaning conditions. Please follow check out instructions to avoid these fees.
Trash/recycling collection is on Monday, if your stay falls on this day, please have containers at the road(outside of gate on the curb) Sunday evening or by 10am Monday.
Ride on toys are not to be ridden inside of the cabin(yes, this happens very often). There is plenty of room to ride inside the large garage area on colder months and tons of outdoor space.
We do not allow parties or gatherings without prior approval. We must have proper guest count when booking or you can be held accountable for extra guest fees. Accommodations are our goal, but we have had too many guest destroying our beautiful custom built cabin that we must implement and few extra rules in order to keep our home up and running.
