Summary: This property was great for our impromptu snowboard getaway. The place was clean and comfortable. There is an issue with getting colder water out of the kitchen sink. you have to get it out of the bathroom which can be inconvenient if you have a large number of teenagers. The washer dryer combo worked fine but with no instructions it was a little tricky to figure out. Our biggest issue was with access. Due to snow, the driveway was completely inaccessible. I do not feel it was completely clear in the description just how treacherous the stairs and driveway were going to be. They are STEEP. there is no hand rail, only a saggy rope strung between poles. Our friend who was in a orthopedic boot required significant help to make the climb and even then it was kind of scary. If the driveway hasn't been cleared, you will have to haul all of your stuff up these steep icy stairs with not handrail. It was challenging. One of our teens, all whom snowboarded without injury, injured her ankle on load out. You may want to bring your own salt and snow chains. Again, once we were in there, we were comfy.
