Street parking is NOT permitted. Please use the gravel driveway in front of the property for all parking needs. Up to 8 vehicles can comfortably fit in the driveway. In the summer, up to 30' trailers can fit at the property. In the winter, up to 30' trailers can fit at the property.

- Livestock and chickens can be found around the property, please do not harass them.

- Cabin is equipped with a new AC unit!
If any issues are encountered during your stay, please reach out to us as soon as possible! Timely communication is KEY in getting issues resolved. The GHR team will work to troubleshoot with you first before calling out a handyperson. If the handyperson is unable to find an issue or it was user error, the guest will be subject to paying their fee. If there is an issue identified with the property, the owner will pay their fee.
1. No smoking allowed on the premises.
2. Only ONE pet permitted per reservation.
3. No food/drink in the bedrooms besides water.
4. No food/drink to be left outside unattended, due to wildlife attractants.
5. No garbage or debris left outside unattended.
6. We don't allow parties or loud noises after 10pm.
7. Only the number of overnight guests indicated at check-in are allowed to stay overnight on/at the property.
8. No tents are allowed.
9. Please do not place items near the baseboard and electric heaters to avoid fire, damage, and melting.
10. Please do not adjust the thermostat temperature below 65 to avoid water line freezing.
11. Wood fireplace is off limits and not to be used.
12. Please lock and close all windows upon leaving to avoid wildlife/bug/critter encounters.
13. No firing of weapons of any kind allowed on property.
14. Outdoor security cameras are in use.
15. No street parking allowed. Please only park on the property.
16. Custom entry codes are provided for each new guest.
17. A Fire Extinguisher can be found next to the stove in the kitchen. A First Aid Kit can be found in the laundry room cabinets/shelves. If you use these, you must report it to the property owner so they can replenish them. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
18. Any items missing or broken must be reported to the property manager and failure to do so may result in additional charges. Please leave broken items on the kitchen counter when you leave.
19. Please be patient as we work to improve the property! Our properties might require light maintenance and service during your stay, depending on vendor schedules. In the event that work needs to be done on the property during your stay, we will let you know in advance that a maintenance team member may stop by the property. If no one answers the door, they will have access to the property to service it during normal business hours.
