What We Love
As part of the Cool Water Cottages, The Heron and The Perch offer fun-filled lakeside living for you and your loved ones! Boasting two separate living spaces, get inside and explore the sun-filled interiors. Both stays feature spacious living rooms adorned with soft seating and a large TV. As well as, well-equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. With three bedrooms between the two cottages, there is ample space to sprawl out and get comfortable in. Your group will appreciate the plush bedding and central air-conditioning in each room. When you aren't playing outside, engage in some friendly competition over the Ping-Pong table, or throw your clothes in the washer/dryer for a refresher.
Outside, the perks only continue! Get out on the sand and swim in the turquoise water of the Lake Buchanan Dam. Sit under the warm glow of the twinkle lights while a barbecued meal gets prepared on the gas grill. And swing in the hammock with your vacation read in hand and good memories on your mind.
