Summary: The location of this rental is great. Very convenient to walk to many restaurants. The street is quiet and safe. The interior has been decorated cute, the bed was comfortable. There are a few maintenance items that could be addressed. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well, the blind in the kitchen was missing, and the dishwasher had to be reset to work. While there are pots/pans and various kitchen items, a set of tongs and rubber spatula would be great additions for those guests who like to make breakfast as we do. We did have a minor issue during our stay and the property manager did help to address the problem. Overall, the location alone was worth the price of the rental.
