Campfires or fires of any kind are not permitted on the property. This is a wooden house and there are lots of dry leaves on the ground. Extreme caution.

All doors must be shut close before leaving the property unattended or checking out to avoid animals entering the house.

Please do not leave trash outside. All trash is to be left in sealed bags inside the house. Or cleaning person will take the trash out.

Please use the RECYCLE RECEPTACLE right behind the regular trash for all glass, cans and clean plastic. No food residue here please!

PLEASE TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS when you check out. And PLEASE TURN OFF the AC when you check out!

WINTER: Heat is to be left ON at 60 degrees ALL THE TIME. Otherwise all pipes will freeze!

DO NOT TURN THE HEAT OFF!

JACUZZI TUB is to always be covered when not in use. Do not change the temperature setting. The maximum temperature it reaches is 104 degrees Fahrenheit. If you leave it open it will gradually lose heat. DO NOT add any chemicals to the tub!

We keep our personal belongings in the drawers downstairs on the hallway closet just outside the bedrooms. It is labeled “PRIVATE”. We ask that you please don’t utilize this closet during your stay.
