This cute cottage is clean and comfortable! Perfect for a couple, small family or a few friends to enjoy some time on the coast.
Located on the Intercoastal Waterway, the views and fishing are hard to beat. You are sure to love watching the barges, pelicans and dolphins go by in the ICW. Walk just across the street to get to the beach too!
The home has 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom upstairs. The sofa is a pullout bed and there is also a foldout floor mattress that is great for children. There is a full kitchen with all of the basics, as well as wifi and Smart TV.
On the ground level, there is an outdoor shower with privacy walls. There is a bathroom and washer/dryer combo in the ground level room as well.

Summary: The property is great. Clean, comfortable bed. Can't beat the dock on the Intercoastal Waterway. You can walk across the street to the beach. This is my only complaint. Unless it is low tide there is no beach, just granite rocks placed for beach erosion. However you can drive down the road to a beach access and have a wide, fairly secluded beach. About 1/2 mile. You can walk if you don't have a lot to carry. But the property was great.
