Sitting on the canal, this modern coastal home is your place to relax and get away! This peaceful, open space has plenty of room to gather your family or friends for a refreshing time away. The upstairs is an open loft with beautiful views through the great windows. The property has a bulkhead, pier, extra lot to spread out and is fully fenced. You will be close to Sargent Beach, restaurants, bait camps and boat ramps.
Enter the Quilted Canal Cabin with a unique pin on the keypad so you won’t have to stress about keeping up with a separate key. The open floor plan keeps friends and family connected while in the kitchen, dining and living room. The living room entertainment boasts a large TV with Roku to connect to any of your personal subscriptions and a quality Foosball table to engage in a little friendly competition. The dining room has a large table for six adults to comfortably share a meal together. The updated kitchen is well stocked with plates, cookware and utensils. (We do ask you bring your own seasonings.) The main bedroom has a queen 12” memory foam mattress and another TV with Roku. Head upstairs to the loft to find two more queen 12” memory foam mattresses. Washer and dryer are available if you can pull yourself away from vacation long enough to throw a load of laundry in!
Outside there is plenty of space to stretch out. Sit on the large front deck to enjoy the canal view or move to the back deck if you’d like to see an unobstructed sunset. There is space under the house to gather and an extra lot all fenced with a fire pit in you can use to gather as well. There is a charcoal grill and an fish cleaning station under the home, too. And don’t forget the best part! Fish or catch crabs right from the dock or tie off your boat if you want to head further into the ocean.
