Great local restaurants and pubs, just one hour from the Massachusetts border.
Warm weather guests can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, swimming, fishing, hiking, and more. Bring your own boat! Just minutes from golfing, hiking trails, and historic sites. For winter fun, this home is just minutes from three ski mountains featuring over 100 ski trails, night skiing, terrain parks, tubing, etc. The lake and surrounding areas provide excellent cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our return trip to this Log Home in Deering! It proved to be another amazing week which started off with the goodies left in the fridge and on the counter by these most thoughtful owners! Breakfast would have been all set for us with their thoughtful purchases. With comfortable beds, incredible neighbors, amazing firepit, easy accessible waterfront, and all the amenities you could want, this home is perfect for getways with your family! We can't speak highly enough about our stay here! Thank you, and we cannot wait to come back!
