The cabin sits just steps from the Little Red River with a private fishing dock
There are many things to do in and around Heber Springs. Trout Fishing, National Trout Hatchery, numerous hiking trails, Greer's Ferry Lake (40,000 acre lake that feeds the river by the cabin), antique and boutique shopping, natural living caverns, Ozark Folk center, just to name a few. There are so many beautiful places to explore, the possibilities are endless.
The wonderful Magic Mist Cabin got the name from the misty fog that flows off the river and onto the banks _ that can only be described as Magic. You must experience it to appreciate it. The cabin is just steps from the river with access to our shared fishing dock. There are several outdoor seating areas to enjoy the magnificent peace of the area surrounded by the natural beauty of the property. Included is a large picnic table with a charcoal grill as well as a deck that is right over the bank of the river looking down to the fishing dock. The cabin also has a covered patio with dining table and chairs - the perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning.
The Magic Mist Steampunk has an open floor plan with a comfortable queen bed furnished with all new linens, pillows and quilts - as well as a sofa bed that folds out to a full bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, silverware, cooking utensils, a new coffee pot and new dish set.
The bathroom is an escape in itself with a large tub sitting next to a wall of glass cubes. The wall filters the light, which is great for the plants around the tub but still maintains privacy. There is also a stand-up corner shower. The towels and floor mats have recently been replaced with fluffy brightly colored ones.
