This beautiful historic home has wood floors, high ceilings, crown moldings, built-ins and leaded glass. With a spacious covered front porch and new back deck + yard, there's plenty of room for a cozy cup of coffee, or backyard BBQ. There is not central AC. We do have three window units, one in each bedroom, plus a free-standing unit in the main living space, in addition to two ceiling fans and bedroom fans.
The main floor has 2-large bedrooms, a living-dining great room, kitchen with breakfast nook, plus a full and half-bath. The upstairs is a converted attic - perfect for lounging or napping, a hang-out spot for teens, your home office or room for another couple.
A quick walk to the pedestrian underpass, will get you downtown in 10-minutes. It's also easy to drive or bike in just 5-minutes. A few blocks north is North Hills hiking trail access point, to miles of open space. Or, a mile east takes you to the southern access of Greenough Park and Rattlesnake Creek area - another wonderful urban park.
This home is in the Historic Northside Neighborhood, a mix of some of Missoula's oldest homes, some commercial space, a great café and gas station just a block away, and St. Patrick's Hospital's Providence center across the street.
