Just 4 miles from Sardis Lake State Park boat ramp - 5 miles from Clayton. 1/2 hour from Robbers Cave. Just 1.5 miles from the Choctaw Nation Council House, this property has a confluence of 2 creeks that feed into Lake Nanih Waiyhi at the properties edge. Room for parking your boats, RVs and 4-Wheelers. Easy to get to, paved road and city water. The house sits a couple hundred yards back, amid tall trees, surrounded by a heavily wooded tract - so expect an abundance of wildlife. It is directly across the street from the boat ramp road. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and an Amazon Fire Stick for the Smart TV. All you need to bring is groceries.
If you're longing for what I call "the startling absence of man-made sound", you can get it here in a comfortable, new, stylishly earthy setting. It's also an excellent "base" for exploring the area's many beautiful attractions.
