Spectacular ocean views and sounds day and night that will take your breath away! Every beach and ocean picture shown here was taken from our 6th floor balcony. Our condo is cozy and relaxing so that you can enjoy your stay. The heated pool, hot tub and oceanfront deck open year round!
100 steps to pool or ocean. Walking distance to downtown Daytona Beach, the pier, and a host of restaurants, shops and lots of activities. You can be as busy as you like or just "chillax". There are 2 restaurants just yards to the North: LandShark Bar and Grill, Crabby's Oceanside. Short walk there is historic Ocean Deck and the Pier. ONLY 5 miles from Daytona Intl. Speedway.
We know you will be kind and respectful to our condo as we have gone to great lengths to make it beautiful, clean and comfortable for you! This is a NO SMOKING CONDO & BUILDING, however, SMOKING PERMITTED ON BALCONY ONLY WITH DOOR CLOSED. Smoking also permitted in the outdoor pool area.
