Centrally located, 3 bedroom 7 bed, 2 bathroom split level home, with a game room in the basement. Minutes from the interstate, close to CWS, Baxter Arena, Omaha Henry Doorly zoo, Aksarben, downtown Omaha, Dundee, and Benson.
Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms (a bunk bed room with a twin over full plus a trundle twin, a queen bedroom, and another queen bedroom), one full bathroom, living room, and kitchen and dining area. The downstairs includes a finished basement with a queen sofa sleeper, foosball, arcade game, family entertainment space w/ bar area, laundry (washer and dryer), and a full bathroom. We have a pack and play available at all times and an extra blow up bed. From the kitchen you can walk out to a patio with an outdoor dining area with a natural gas grill and fire pit, and in-ground heated pool with a slide and a diving board.
