We created this space for our own family, which means it's not only stylish but incredibly comfortable after a long day out and about. Cozy up after a day out in our movie room or living room to watch a movie.
Our main cabin is a sister cabin to our barn-to-cabin conversion just next door. Book one or both cabins so the whole family can stay and have fun!
Located just outside of downtown Bethel and less than 15 minutes to Sunday River and Mt Abrams and the perfect spot after a long day of skiing or winter activities!

We've got items like an iron, board games, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins and more.
House rules:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a ring security camera on-site and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.
NO skis, snowboards, poles or other snow equipment inside the house. There are ski racks located on the front porch
This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off inside the door at the entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.
**Important** Please make sure you read and comply with these rules:
NO SMOKING IN THE HOME AT ALL
NO Pets of any kind, no exceptions
NO Excessive guests
NO Mailing Packages to the home, our post office won't deliver.
NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.
PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING. Held against security deposit and claim will be filed with Airbnb.
**Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
** Smoking in the home: $150
**Late Checkout Past 10am without our consent. $75
**Excessive Guests than reservation. $50 per guest.
**Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere. $150
