Our lovely, newly renovated home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood with beautiful Olympic Mountain and Puget Sound views. We enjoy private neighborhood access to the local beach. Enjoy watching the boats and during the summer, the cruise ships heading to Alaska, from the living areas or front deck. You may see eagles and blue herons, as well as be visited by hummingbirds. Our large, well equipped kitchen has a double oven, a Kitchen Aid and all you need to make wonderful meals. Large tv's in the living, family and rec rooms, and a cozy gas fireplace upstairs. Workout equipment in the rec/guest room helps you keep up your fitness regime if that's your thing. We are sure you will love our comfortable, peaceful home as much as we do.
Our friendly neighborhood is tucked away from main roads, so the only sounds you may hear of an evening could be the odd foghorn on the Sound when the Pacific Northwest marine air sits on the water. We have several grocery stores within walking or a short drive. Most neighbors have lived here for many years - such is the appeal of this area. Less than ten minutes by car gives you access to two of Seattle's most popular parks, Green Lake and Carkeek Park.
