Nestled around a shared firepit and professionally maintained hot tub, each cottage offers screened porches, harbor or dune views, and generous outdoor space for grilling and gathering. The most unique of the cottages, Dune Buggy is the newest one and a special retreat at the top of the dune with a wrap-around porch, studio-style layout with a wood-burning stove, half-bath, and outdoor shower (camping vibes!) Guests can open all the windows and enjoy complete outdoor-style (screened-in) sleeping, or keep it closed for a cozy night on the dune. We at Lakewood Lux have recently enhanced the cottage with newly installed climate control (heat and air conditioning) and a thoughtfully designed kitchenette, offering elevated comfort and convenience for your stay. This cottage is the smallest, a perfect sleeping quarter to augment Big Red and The Lookout.
