A King size bedroom set is in the separate Master bedroom which has French doors opening onto the Deck; a large walk-in cedar closet; a 43" Satellite Dish TV on a fireplace cabinet; and a full bathroom with tub, toilet, vanity with double sinks, extra closet, and a hair dryer. The Second bedroom has a bunk bed set with a pull out trundle that will sleep 3 people weighing up to 300 lbs each with memory foam mattresses, dresser, chest, a TV for your game system to hook-up with, and a cedar lined closet. The Third bedroom contains a Queen bedroom set, French doors opening onto the deck, and a cedar lined closet . The second full bathroom is in the hallway between the Second and Third bedrooms with tub, toilet, single vanity, and hairdryer. A queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress is in the Great Room. New tile floors throughout the house with carpet in the Great Room and the bedrooms. Remote controlled ceiling fans are in the bedrooms and Great Room. The vaulted ceiling Great Room contains a beautiful rock hearth and wood burning fireplace; a pull-down mantel mount 75" Satellite Dish TV, DVD player with stereo, & free wifi; French doors opening onto the expansive deck; a large Bar that seats 7 with mini fridge and bar accessories; and 6 full picture windows with gorgeous views of the lake and sunset. Washer & dryer are in the large laundry room along with an iron, & ironing board. Newly remodeled kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with ice & water dispenser, oven, cook-top, microwave, trash compactor, dishwasher and coffee maker. For dining options; the Bar has seating for 7 with mini fridge, blender, bar glasses and accessories; there's a romantic dinette/card table in the Great Room that seats 4 overlooking the lake; a dining table seating 6 is in the Dining room with French doors opening out to the Front Patio; and a dining set with umbrella & a conversation set are on the Deck that seats 10. A SS 5 burner gas griddle (propane included) is also on the Deck which runs the full back length of the house. Beautiful French doors open to all exterior areas including the Front Patio. Central Heat/AC. Absolutely no smoking or pets. There's a Redbox at the Dollar General located conveniently 3 blocks away and several good restaurants, including Bentley's, are less than a mile away. Cleburne county is a dry county so... BYOB.
