This home is less than a mile from a golf course, grocery store, bait shops, restaurants/bars, gas dock, and marine dealer. Safely located on a local frontage road yet with quick access to US Hwy 81. 80 minutes from Sioux Falls and a short drive to Brookings, Watertown, Laura Ingalls Wilder's Little House on The Prairie, Terry Redlin Art Center, SD Children's Museum, South Dakota State University Jackrabbit sports, and various area fishing lakes and hunting opportunities.
