The Cooper Spur Suite is on of four wonderful units located on Broadway in the heart of the East side, right off the streetcar line near the Moda Center, Convention Center, Downtown and all the infamous foodie joints. Sitting just 3 blocks from the BIKETOWN rental location, you have a number of transportation options.
Each one of our vacation units are custom themed and fully furnished with large living room, formal dining room, full size kitchen, large bedrooms and large sun rooms. You won't find a better nightly rental deal in the Central City. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two twins. There are also two sofa beds, one in the living room, one in the sun room.
For large groups, there is also a full sized hidden bed in the dining room. There is a large table in the dining room, so you can cook, share a meal together, and then go out on the town or stay in and watch a movie on one of the two Roku TV's with Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Hulu subscriptions. We have custom blinds, the upper units have great views of the city and the building has all of the charm and character you would expect from a custom built turn of the century old Portland fourplex
You'll be able to enter and exit as you please with a unique door code. As this is a fourplex, you will only have access to your unit. All other units will be locked. The door to the stairwell to the basement is located in between the bedroom and bathroom. You may use the shared basement space, but please be courteous of other guests.

Parking: There is hourly paid parking directly in front of the building. There is also parking in the neighborhood across the street for free.
