This updated lakehouse is just a few hundred feet walking distance down to the lake where fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding can be done. Located just off the main channel on the Big Mazarn river, this cottage has a boat ramp as well as boat dock. There is a shared outdoor picnic area. Wi-Fi is available. This cottage is located in a quiet country neighborhood with lots of wooded areas, deer, fox and turkey are often seen in and out of the neighborhood. Please drive cautious in and out of the neighborhood and watch for people walking. A country store is less than 15 minutes up the road and Hot Springs is approximately 20-30 minutes away. Try some down-home cooking at our local Sunshine Store and Cafe.
*Our quiet time on the property is 10:00 pm to 7 am. We ask that you be respectful to our neighbors.
*Small dogs are allowed in the unit and must be house broken; larger dogs must be approved by management first - pet fees are $30 per stay. Please notify management if bringing a service animal.
*Smoking is permitted outside only. An ashtray is provided on the back deck - guest are to dispose of cigarette/cigar butts properly in ash tray. No Smoking is permitted inside the cottage. Additional charges will be applied to cover any damages including carpet steam cleaning if smoking has occurred inside the cottage.
*Guest understands and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the cottage.
*Guest understands our check-in/check-out times. A late check-out is subject to extra charges at the rate of one night's fee after a grace period of 30 minutes. Guest must vacate the property upon check-out; if guest has not vacated property after grace period, guest will be charged one night's fee. A late check-out may be available but not a guarantee. Any possessions left by guest and found by cleaning crew may be subject to removal fee.

Please note - Lake Hamilton is regulated by Entergy therefore we have no control over debris/trash that may float into cove. Also, this lake is lowered around the first of November to allow for owners to make repairs to docks/seawalls & to control algae. The lake is brought back up around the first of March.
