It is ideal for couples but will sleep up to 4 using the queen sofa sleeper.Typically the deadbolt access code will be the last 4 digits of the guest phone number. Occasionally it will not so be sure to check for an email confirming the code.Guests have a contactless check in via the smart lock deadbolt and can check in anytime after 4 PM. Guest do not have to meet anyone to access the cabin.The cabin sits on a ridge in the Ozark mountains with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It is approximately 7 miles outside of Marshall, Arkansas.Please note that to complete a reservation the rental agreement must be signed. To see the rental agreement terms before booking look under "Additional Rules". A security deposit hold of $150 is also required.Jacuzzi (hot tub) is for two people. It has a hot water fill and a recirculating pump that keeps the water hot. When finished simply drain the water and refill with fresh, hot water each time you want to use it.The cabin is pet-friendly so it may not be suitable for those with pet allergies. We are pet-friendly with no pet fee. The external stairs to the entry door mean that this property is not suitable for wheelchair users. The primary bed is in a loft that has steep stairs to access.All cabins have exterior security cameras, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers. This cabin has two security cameras facing the driveway & parking area and records audio & video.
