The fully furnished Kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully stocked with all the amenities of home! With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, Villa Susan offers ample privacy and room for families or couples! The Utility room, offers a full size washer and dryer. On those chilly evenings, nestle up to the beautiful stone fireplace in the living room or choose to sit outside around the fire pit, taking in the stars and roasting smores. Firewood is provided! Plenty of seating for all on a large deck with lounge chairs to soak in the sun, read a book or just rest in nature's beauty. A charcoal park style grill for those who enjoy outdoor cooking is located just off the back porch and enjoy an outdoor lunch on a full size custom picnic table! Come soak in the private hot tub located on the fully covered back porch! Deer, squirrels, foxes and other wildlife are home to the area! Private access to the Mountain fork river is just minutes away where you can enjoy fishing, swimming and kayaking.
