This home is centrally located close to the golf course and ski/bike resort, as well as Monte Verde Lake for fishing and boating.
This house is part of the Mountain Serenity Rentals group, an elite group of family-owned properties providing the absolute best of what Angel Fire has to offer. Mountain Serenity Rentals is a small but mighty team started by husband and wife duo Eric and Cheryl in 2006. What began with one house and a small dream has since grown into our true passion: offering families from all over the opportunity to make memories in the mountains in beautiful, clean, up-to-date, and well-maintained homes. At Mountain Serenity Rentals, we intentionally market only a handful of properties so we can provide the highest level of service. We believe you deserve all the things you need for a great stay, and don’t want to nickel and dime you for them. Our homes are stocked with firewood for fireplaces and fire pits, propane for gas grills, detergent for laundry machines, and all the basics for kitchens and bathrooms. If you are ever missing something during your stay, don’t hesitate to reach out! We have gathered a tremendous amount of knowledge over the years, but actively value feedback from our guests so we can continue to improve and provide excellence.

** Two Main Suites! This home is perfect for two families traveling together thanks to the King bedroom and full bathroom on each floor.
** Great location! Just a short drive 2 mile drive to Angel Fire resort for skiing in the winter or mountain biking in the summer. The house is about a 1.5-mile drive to the golf course for summer golfing, tennis, basketball, or winter sledding, as well as a great restaurant and bar. Also not far from Monte Verde Lake, a spring-fed lake in Angel Fire where you can enjoy fishing for rainbow trout, canoeing, hiking, paddle boarding, and paddle-boating, as well as great sledding in the winter. You can bike or walk on the 1-mile loop around the lake, and reach other trails in the Angel Fire Trail system. The house is only a 10-minute walk from the full Angel Fire trail system.
** The home's intentional touches, furnishings, and accessories, help create a cozy family retreat. Enjoy the wood-burning fireplace from the living or dining area, or step outside and make smores in the firepit or soak in the hot tub. This home provides ample space for both togetherness and quiet relaxation.
**House sleeps up to 8-10 comfortably across 3 bedrooms and a loft space on the second floor. Each bedroom has a TV of its own if you feel like unwinding with a show before bed.
** The house is fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay. In each bathroom, we provide linens and towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and other cooking utensils you need, as well as paper towels, napkins, dish soap, and dishwashing detergent. All you need to buy is the food! We also have a laundry area with detergent provided for the washer, just in case your mountain adventures get messy!
BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS/BATHROOMS: Perfect for one large family or 2 smaller families, The 19th Hole comfortably sleeps 8-10. On the main floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, one king, one queen, and a full bathroom. Each of these bedrooms has a Roku smartTV for streaming shows and movies. Head upstairs and you will be greeted by the loft space, which can be used as an additional living space for a smaller group, or a sleeping space for up to 4. The loft has a twin daybed with a trundle as well as a queen pull-out sofa. The loft opens up into a full bathroom that is shared with the upstairs main suite. The main suite has a King bed, Roku SmartTV, and a desk area in case anyone needs to get a little work done on vacation. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with pillows, linens/blankets, towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash, hair dryers, and hand soap. If using the additional sleeping spaces in the loft, all blankets, pillows, and comforters can be found in the upstairs hall closet.
LIVING AREAS AND ENTERTAINMENT: After your full day of playing outdoors, retreat to The 19th Hole and relax. There's plenty of room to spread out or come together in this house. Relax by the fire in the living room or dining space or pull out one of our games or puzzles and take over the dining room table. Up in the loft kids and adults alike can enjoy the Pac*man game console (with 13 other games as well). Or if you want some quiet time, set the kids up with a movie in the loft, or watch something all together in the main living space. Each bedroom has a Roku TV, so you can unwind with your favorite shows before bed..
KITCHEN/DINING: Creating and eating meals together is another great way to create great family memories and this home provides everything you need. Our kitchen has a plethora of cooking supplies and utensils – a full set of appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas stovetop, oven, toaster, coffeemaker), a variety of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and baking dishes. Additionally, the large pantry provides ample space to store away all the supplies that you might have brought with you! For sharing family meals, our dining table seats 6. We also have a dining table on the back deck for eating al fresco in the warmer months.
DECKS/OUTSIDE: Picture yourself grilling on the deck, eating together on the back table, soaking in the hot tub after skiing, or relaxing in the evening around the fire pit, and making smores. Or maybe you just kick back on the back deck's outdoor sofa or chairs on the front porch while you enjoy your morning coffee or evening happy hour. Let the kids explore the expansive forested property while you relax on the deck. It's all here waiting for you! You are also just a short 10-minute walk to the Angel Fire trail system, perfect for an evening stroll or longer hike.
PARKING/LAUNDRY: Our home has a flat straight driveaway (a rarity in the mountains) making wintertime a breeze. The garage is not available for guest use, but there is ample parking in front and along the driveway for your whole group. Entering through the front of the house, you will find rubber mats for dirty boots and shoes. For all other messes, we provide a laundry area off the kitchen with detergent and dryer sheets for your use.
Note: for your protection and ours, we have ring doorbell security cameras that monitor the front door and outside the garage.
