Summary: My room was dpacious and spotless. Bed was comfortable. Light for reading was marginsl. I needed to add a day to my stay and booked another day online. When i went to check out/ check in early in the morning i was told that regardless that i had booked an additional room online at a discount price- only the walk- in full- pricd rate was available. I paid ot to not be locked out and potentially losing my property in the room- i had budiness that day and could not wait for the manager to approve the online booking. The day after my stay this has yet to be resolved. I have departed and will have to find the manager by pjone on the next business day. This kind of poor service is unacceptable.
