They are conveniently located within walking distance of all downtown attractions, nestled in a perfect little corner, right behind the historic Melba theater and right across from Maxfield park.
The Space

This rental is located near an active railroad track and you will occasionally hear the train. They do not have a set schedule so it is possible that the train horn will blast during the night/early morning.

Fully equipped kitchen cups, plates, bowls, wine glasses, cutlery, along with an assortment of pots, pans, measuring, and kitchen utensils. Bar seating with 3 stools located at the kitchen island. Additional dining room table with 6/4 chairs.
MASTER BEDROOM- King size bed, chair, 2 bedside table, 2 lamps, smart TV, walk-in closet with hangers and drawers, en-suite master bath with custom walk in shower.
2ND BEDROOM- 2 Queen bunk beds, desk, lamp, and bed side table.
2ND BATHROOM- Full bath with tub/shower unit.
LAUNDRY ROOM- Equipped with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and hangers.
PATIO- Each unit has it own back patio seating area with a table and two chairs.
