Summary:
Welcome to Harbor View! Situated on the end of the road is this beautiful guest cottage with full access to Norris Lake. A deep water part of the lake so you can have access to the dock and lake year round! The property adjoins TVA land, with miles of shoreline and hiking beyond the cottager that guests are free to explore! As well as our private dock down at the waterfront for swimming or fishing. Now this is a special getaway!
The Space:
Harbor View, is just that, a gorgeous view of Norris Lake from the bedroom upstairs to the fire pit outside! As you pull in, the cottage sits atop the driveway. Walking inside on the ground level you have a full kitchen that is stocked with all you need to make a wonderful meal. On the other side you have the living room with a TV and an electric fireplace. Dining table and bathroom with laundry access. Upstairs you have two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. One side has a King bed, full bed combo with access to a walk out balcony. The other bedroom has a queen and single bed, as well a couch. Heading outside, you have seating on the front porch with a picnic table and an outdoor dining table. A propane Grill all set and ready for guest use and private fire pit with seating all around. Guests also have full access to our private dock, where you can tie up a boat, swim and fish off. There is access to water toys with a floating foam island, some noodles and a kayak! Please note, The owners may be at the house and share this dock during guest stays. TVA public land sits next to the cabin with plenty of hiking and exploring you are sure to be entertained your whole stay!

The Neighborhood:
Harbor View sits at the end of a road with several other private cabins along the way. The cottage has a gate at the front of the driveway.
Please be sure that pets are leashed at all times while outside.
Getting Around:
The cottage is about a 22 minute drive to Lafollette's central Ave, and 25W.
Other Things to Note:
Each cabin is unique to specific items they include, however, RRG Getaways supplies the listed items below at all cabins as a baseline for guests. A starter amount of the following: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, this includes but is not limited to, coffee, salt, pepper, oil and the like.
Pets are allowed at this cabin and we charge a $75 pet fee. Please make sure pets are on a leash at all times when they're outside.
Owners may be at the main house during guest stays and may share the dock at times.
Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are not provided.
The road to the cabin is paved and the driveway is all gravel.
We do not sell or provide firewood.
There is Wi-Fi at the cabin but please be aware, cell service can be spotty depending on your provider.
