Beautiful New Kitchen with Large Island and New Barstools and New Couches too! Pool Table and lots of games! 2 Bedrooms 1 has a King Bed. The additional bedroom has 5 bunk beds. One Full bath with shower/tub access from both rooms or hallway.
If you do get rain when you are visiting you can hear and see our own waterfall off the deck. Parking is not a problem with the circular driveway and an area to park your boat or cars. New concrete just poured with steps so please no parking on the new concrete areas. Just the driveway and grass/dirt areas only. There is a Trampoline see safety rules posted at the home.
Minutes from a boat launch. Great for walking or riding bikes in the area. This is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Heber Springs and Sandy Beach about 25 minutes away. Hiking trails in the area. Rock diving in the lake at the Dam and rentals for boats or canoes available at different marinas depending on the time of the year and at different locations around Greers Ferry Lake. Private residence upstairs so no wild parties but feel free too enjoy your stay! If available and we are in town then you may get some breakfast treats at your front door in the morning!
