Beautiful, 3 bedroom, two bathroom cabin located on the Little Red River! Sleeps 6 comfortably (8 if using the fold out couch)! River access and dock for your fishing boat. 3 miles from Heber Springs and Greers Ferry Lake. 1 Mile upriver from the Barnett boat access ramp. Full kitchen with updated appliances, washer and dryer, plenty of space for parking including a boat trailer, wood fire place, large two tiered deck with a hot tub, and playroom for the kids! Both bedrooms have king beds and the loft/playroom has two twin beds. Enjoy one of Arkansas' best trout rivers right out the back door or easily drive to the Damsite Marina for a funfilled day on Greers Ferry Lake! The property is also located within one mile (walking distance) to Magness Lake, a wintertime roost and wildlife sanctuary for Trumpeter swans with viewing and photographic access.
