Our property has access to over 400 miles of ATV trails. Perfect for large groups as a vacation rental or family reunions, our beautiful cottages feature a modern, cozy, and open floor plan that will easily sleep 12 of your favorite people!

Spend quality time with your large group of friends and family, but relish in the comfort of having your own spaces! Each cottage measures 925 square feet and will comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
Features include a full-sized kitchen complete with all the appliances you need to make yourself at home. Each living room includes a smart tv and a queen size sleeper sofa. Each bedroom features a queen size bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Each laundry room includes a washer and dryer.
There is a fire pit in the backyard with Adirondack chairs for the whole family to sit by and enjoy the peaceful outdoor setting. The backyard sits on a sprawling 5 acre plot of land that you will have all to yourself.
If traveling from Texas, we are 40 minutes closer to the beautiful Wolf Pen Gap ATV trails. Ride your ATV/UTV directly to Wolf Pen Gap South Trailhead or visit the local state parks. There are over 400 miles of trails and forestry service roads to explore within 2 miles of our cottage! Short drives to Queen Wilhelmina State Park, the Christian Motorcycle Association HQ, and the city of Mena for local cuisine and other amenities.
