2 bedroom. One bedroom with queen size bed and 2nd room with bunk beds and queen bed. Wood stove with wood included. Roku tv and use of WIFI . Easy access to main hiway. B-b-q and jerky stand nearby. Walks in the nearby woods and mountain biking on forest trails. Many jeep trails nearby. Many places to ride dirt bikes. Large deck with gas b-b-q grill outside on deck. Not far from skiing, shopping, eating and places to view the beautiful mountains and valleys. Just installed a new hot tub and a privacy fence. Have a large charcoal next to the new fence. We supply wood for fire place and guests pay for firewood in fire pit. Large fire pit. Installing 40' horse shoe pits now. Also have campground that rents for Motor homes , campers and tent camping. Rent by night, weekend or summer. Can rent to private parties for weddings, family reunions or company parties. Paddle boats available also. Bathrooms and shower available. Privacy fence .Google maps are not showing mileage to ski areas correctly. They are showing "as the crow flies". Breckenridge is the closest ski area and it is 55 miles away. Keystone is 2 hours driving time. Hope you enjoy staying here. Must bring own food and drink. Nothing close by. We do sell (at the jerky stand) yak, buffalo,elk and beef steaks and burgers.
