Simple and comfortable, out door grilling or sitting around an out door fire pit surrounded by Nature. The cabin sits 800 feet of the main road giving it a quiet, comfortable and Private location with pond for fishing or swimming, a creek to fish or sneaker creek in, 100 acres to roam. Yet close to things to see and do like: Hidden Valley Animal adventure, Letchworth State Park, Attica Arcade RR tours, Niagara Falls is only an hour away. Down Town Buffalo, HighMark Stadium ( Buffalo Bills) Key Bank Center ( Buffalo Sabres ) are all only 40 min away

Summary: Beautiful property. Secluded away from the general public. The 4 star is because we had trouble with the hot water. It’s on demand and struggled to keep up. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay there again.
