Summary: The cabin is absolutely incredible. Nestled in the woods, but not too far away from other people. It overlooks what was once a lake, but has since drained. At night, it’s a sea of fireflies. During the day, you have gorgeous views of the mountains. There is plenty to do in the area, especially hiking. Kate was an incredible host. She provided everything we needed, from shampoo, to charcoal, to kindling for the fire. Check in was seamless. The air conditioning in the cabin is great, and the bed is a sleep number! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need. It really does feel like a home. Couldn’t recommend it more!
