* Linens are provided. Towels and facecloths (1 per guest) are provided.
* Coffee: There is a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot. A few K cups are provided.
* Kitchen items: The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Spices and condiments are not provided.

* Dogs are welcome. We supply a food bowl, water bowl, toys, dog bed, waste bags, and extra blankets for the furniture. 1.5 secluded acres for your pup(s) to play on.

* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show a photo ID (driver's license)
* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement with Red Maple Retreats upon booking and before arrival.
* You can bring up to 2 pets with a $50 pet fee.
* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity. If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars, and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 PM - 8 AM
* Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises
* Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys
* Follow check-out instructions for trash removal, where to leave keys, etc.
