Summary: My partner and I greatly enjoyed our stay. Very easy and clear communication with owner. Eclectic mixed decor was fun and interesting - but not overwhelming - to be around. Neat mix of records. One of the bedrooms had window AC and was incredibly comfortable (mattress, bedding, etc) - we didn't use the others. LR A/C worked well so despite a hot week, we stayed cool. Having both front and back spaces outside to hang and be social, play cards, etc. was great. Local grocery store had quite a bit to choose from but a lot of expired dates/poor quality, so I suggest bringing your own perishables. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need, except a microwave. Very easy to use stovetop to heat items. A few of the pots and pans we went to use had old food (e.g. popcorn oil and kernels) or were sticky. Other than these few situations, everything was incredibly clean. I suspect the last folks who stayed used things and put away without washing, which would be easy for a cleaner to miss. We highly recommend this location and owners!
