Walk down by the stream and in season enjoy cooling your feet in the fresh water. Snowball creek heads up from a large spring about 1/2 mile upstream. There are 25 fenced, some wooded, acres to hike or take an evening stroll.

The big building as you pull onto the property is off limits, as a storm damaged the roof and some of the side walls. The red barn houses offices and has a bathroom you are free to use. Sink and potty, sorry, no shower at this time.
