So glad Grumpy's is finally finished, it's been a fun 4-year complete remodel project, working weekends and constantly looking for pieces to make it Unique. Grumpy's Getaway is located directly across the road from Rock Island State Park, It has 2 bedrooms, a walk in shower, a wraparound Porch with a Hot Tub perfect for relaxing. Also, has a 50 amp RV plug at the corner of the Cabin if needed to charge an electric vehicle. Firewood is provided, along with kindling.
We are proud to say that we have the cleanest Hot Tub in Tennessee!!
The Hot Tub is drained after each guest checks out, then washed, cleaned, and vacuumed.
Then the Hot Tub is refilled with fresh water and proper chemicals added.
Then before the next Guests check in, the Water is checked with Test Strips to guarantee you are sitting in the Best Water possible!!

Summary: The cabin was better than we expected. Very clean, smelled great and was cozy. It was also really close to rock island state park. Brad was an accommodating host as well. 5 stars will recommend, we will be staying there again!
