This charming 1920s house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has a very spacious and open living and dining area and a great open kitchen space! The kitchen is filled with natural light, has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances, and a separate breakfast area overlooking the back yard. Large back yard with gated parking, a covered car port with café lights, a privacy fence as well as outdoor seating and grills. The private backyard is a great place for pets and humans to hang out!
The master bedroom includes a king bed and luxurious master bathroom with amazing walk-in shower and well-lit vanity. There is also a connected office/flex room with a desk and sleeper couch. Perfect for young couples or families with children, or an office.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and vintage feel with an enclosed porch, and adjacent bathroom with vintage bathtub and shower. All bedrooms have a spacious closet with shelves for storage.
Our home is in the lovely and historic Arlington Heights neighborhood, walking distance to Dickies, local restaurants, Will Rogers Memorial Center, Fort Worth Stock Shows, museums and short drive to the Zoo, TCU, Colonial, Botanic Gardens and down town.
A fantastic central location for being close to Will Rogers and the Stock Show area, Fort Worth's museum district, downtown, Camp Bowie, the historical Northside and Stockyards along with golfing, shopping, and walking along the Trinity Trails.
