Summary: The property was in a great location. Close to beach and community pool. Also, close to first gate house so grocery shopping does not take as much time as further into the island. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked with pots, etc. The couches were aged, there is no grill and the fridge needs to be replaced. On balance, consistent with other cottages in Sparrow Pond that have not had recent full renovations.
