Pots pans, washer, dryer, bring your own paper products, groceries etc. Boat parking is on site with landing 300 yards up the street on jocassee. Keowee landing 3 miles away. Summary: This location is very close to 2 shore dive locations (5 minute drive) and to the Lake Jocassee Dive Shop and Charter Boat Service (2 minute drive) There is an overhang on the porch to work on gear. There are some nails to hang gear, but you may want to pack a close line if you have a bunch of wet gear you need to hang. There is plenty of room in the kitchen to bring tables to set up and tinker with gear if it's too cold or wet outside. If diving is your reason for this trip and you have 2-3 non-couple divers, then this is a great option.
