Close to hiking trails and water falls, this new construction is a gorgeous place for you and your family to relax and unwind, away from the day to day routine. This home is located just 4 miles from Devil's Fork State Park, within the security of a gated neighborhood on the shores of Lake Keowee. Driving through the neighborhood, you'll be surrounded by foliage and winding roads. The front porch of the home has comfortable outdoor seating, great for enjoying a quiet cup of coffee and listening to the birds sing. Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows against the far wall which lend you a perfect view of the lake and surrounding nature. Sliding glass doors will take you onto the covered upper deck, with ample seating for gathering. This is the perfect place to enjoy a Lake Keowee sunrise or sunset! The living room offers seating for up to 10, and all 3 sofas double as a sofa bed (one queen, one full, one twin) for an additional sleeping area. The dining area seats up to 10, with an additional 2 seats at the island in the kitchen, just a few steps away. To the left of the entry, you'll find the first bedroom (Queen bed) with beautiful glass french doors with curtains for additional privacy. This room overlooks the front porch. If you continue further into the home, you'll find a well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances (dish washer, range, and side-by-side refrigerator), plenty of cabinet space, and granite countertops. To the left of the living room, you'll find the Master suite (Queen bed as well as a sleeper sofa) and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a stand-alone soaking tub, double vanity, and a walk-in shower. The private bathroom allows for maximum privacy. The balcony doors in the Master suite open up to a private screened porch area on the deck (also accessible from the deck outside), with seating. The third bedroom is located on the other side of the home, and features a Queen size bed. The second bathroom, just off of the kitchen, has a tub/shower combo and is easily accessible to the second and third bedrooms. Downstairs, you'll find an unfinished basement which leads outside to the lower deck. The lower deck offers additional outdoor seating and a view of the lake. You can access the lake by following the path to the stone steps and stairs straight down to the dock where you can tie up your own boat or a rental boat. There are 2 kayaks available for guest use. You'll also find additional outdoor seating and a beautiful firepit along the route to the lake in 2 different areas. There are plenty of spaces for your family to gather and enjoy one another in this beautiful gem here on Lake Keowee. We look forward to hosting you!
